Prefabricated Structure by Interarch Buildings

Interarch Buildings is the manufacturer of prefabricated structures that are used to build temporary, light weight, expandable buildings. Futuristic in its approach, Interarch building has brought the concept of these buildings in India. Started in 1984 by introducing Metal Suspended Ceilings in India, Interarch is now the leader in this field. In this period of past 33 years, it has taken up many new technologies in its account and found ways to use them in Indian scenario, and today, its predicament as a pioneer and leader in the industry is a precedent to other upcoming companies in this field.

Interarch manufactures a variety of prefab buildings for various purposes, like setting up a factory, warehouse, storage units, roofing or basically anywhere that needs a temporary or flexible building arrangement. These buildings are designed, manufactured and stored at the same facility till they are delivered to the clients. Interarch has introduced the use of various prefabricated building materials in many settings, to quote a few examples,

It Pioneered window coverings in India
It introduced Engineered Metal Roofing & Cladding systems.
It started Pre-Engineered Metal Building Systems in India.
Interarch received the ISO 9001 Certification from the US.
It set up the first of its kind completely integrated, design, manufacture, supply, and execution facility in NOIDA.
It executed 1st 80 M clear span building in India
It fabricated more than 900 petrol pump canopies in India for Reliance Petroleum.
It built complete Greenfield automotive facility for Tata Motors.
And launched Light Gauge Buildings in India

Among the other achievements, Interarch has won many awards and accolades for its work, along with winning huge projects (latest – single project of 90 cr.). It has set up some of the most remarkable roofing systems in the country, out of which the most popular is that of Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi, where PEB Shed roofing was installed. The canopy installed by using PEB shed is resistant to weather, it is insulated and hence, heat resistant. Being flexible, they can be uninstalled as well as reinstalled as and when required, making it the first choice for those who need this kind of roof systems.

Over three decades of experience, continuous innovation and Knack of application of various inventions has brought Interarch where it stands today. Its continuous innovative approach and courage to take risks have led Interarch to pioneer latest technologies in the country, making it a leader among top PEB companies in Hyderabad. And Interarch is not only operating in Hyderabad, but it has made its mark in other parts of India. It's wide-spread business and offices around the country make it an easy choice for industries in all the major cities of India.

PEB-Pre Engineered Buildings-Interarch

Started with the manufacture of metal suspended ceilings in 1984, Interarch is the pioneer of pre-engineered buildings India. From metal suspended ceilings and window coverings to integrated pre-engineered metal building systems and Light Gauge Framing Systems, all have been introduced to the Indian market by Interarch. Not only has it made to the position of the best PEB developers in India, but it has also won Interarch some great awards and accolades for the same.

Light Gauge Steel Framing is the technology that Interarch brought to India from the leading technological partners abroad. It is a relatively new concept in India, but it has been in use in the developed countries, like UK and USA for quite some time now. The basic advantages of this structure are that it is cost-effective, easy to assemble and install, weather proof and termite proof. The raw materials for this kind of structures are
  • Exterior finishes include metal roofing, cement board walls (exterior grade), metal wall claddings, glazing wooden panels and veneer finishes
  • Interior finishes consist of gypsum board wall panels, ply board wall panels, vitrified tiles, false ceilings (made of metal or gypsum)and veneer finishes

With 4 state of the art manufacturing facilities and active regional offices pan India, Interarch stands resolute for providing better building solutions for low-rise building requirements. But that’s not the only goal that Interarch is keen to achieve. Interarch is looking forward to the manufacture of eco-friendly buildings that can be reused and recycled. For that purpose, Interarch has brought its 3 approaches, ‘I am Green’, ‘Building Innovators’, and ‘Certified Builder’.

I am Green’ refers to the steel buildings that Interarch is manufactures. The beauty of these buildings is that they are 90% recyclable and don’t leave the carbon footprints by least consumption of electricity in their manufacturing units.

Building Innovators’ is a huge group of 20,000 individuals and professionals who are interested in innovating new technology in Prefabricated building manufacturing. Get-togethers, seminars and workshops are held for the group to get knowledge of the latest innovations in this field.

Interarch has been catering to the need of prefabricated buildings in India for past 33 years now. During this time, it has created many pre-engineered buildings for many big clients all over India. These include warehouses, factories, roof sheds, aviation hangers, offices, retails and even residential (G + 1 floors). Its success has remarkable changes the perception of general public about pre-fabricated, light-weight, steel buildings in India, and more industries are opting for it. Although building residential space is still far off in PEB future, but with increasing population and lack of space in prime urban areas, they present a strong promise to flourish in future, not only because they are affordable, but also because they are eco-friendly. And the commitment of Interarch towards green and user-friendly building solutions is the reason why it is the leader of PEB companies in India.

Prefab Buildings India-Interarch Buildings

Interarch has been manufacturing strong and stable pre-engineered building components in India since its inception in 1984. It has been 33 years ever since and it has grown from a small facility in Uttarakhand producing metal suspended ceilings which it introduced to India for the first time. And from that time, it has been introducing new innovations and their creations in India, building the foundation of the modern infrastructure in the industrial area. It started with the introduction of metal suspended ceilings, then came up with the Introduction of window coverings in India in 1986, then introduced engineered metal roofing and cladding systems in 1992, then full Pre-engineered metal building systems 1996. After that, Interarch establishes an integrated design manufacture supply and execution facility in Greater Noida in the year 2000. It also designed and executed pre-engineered solutions for automotive industry in 2006, after which it landed its biggest assignment till date with government of India, it was to provide composite roofing systems for IGI 2008 which was to be completed in 2010, and finally, it introduced light gauge framing system (or LGFS) in the year 2010, which is supposed to be the latest technology in the construction of pre-engineered building structures.

Interarch had introduced prefab buildings in India for the first time in India, giving this great opportunity for industrialists to get great buildings for affordable prices. Also, the position of these buildings can be changed as well as they can be transported from one place to another if needed. The best part is that these can be customized according to the need of the customers. Whether the client wants small rooms for setting up some specific unit or huge warehouses to store the products, all is possible with Interarch TRACDEK metal roofs and wall systems.

Steel buildings are the most popular buildings today as they have high tensile strength, are light weight, collapsible and can be carried from one place to another easily, as well as corrosion proof and break resistant, fire resistant and hence, the first choice of modern Indian industrialists. However, for building Steel buildings, India had to wait till the year 1996, when Interarch had introduced this technology to the country. It was a successful launch and it soon covered the whole northern India. Interarch built innumerable commercial steel buildings and completed the ambitious target of 6000 in the year 2014. They are constructed for a variety of business streams, viz., process, aviation commercial & infrastructure, PEB automotive, engineering retail & showrooms PEB for warehouses, pharmaceutical & chemical, paper & plastic, garment & textiles, FMCG, and cement etc.

Interarch is, undoubtedly, the leader of prefabricated structures manufacturers in India, owing to its steadfast innovative approach and colossal market presence with over 6000 buildings. These pre-engineered buildings are the future of industrial India as they are easy to install, transport and are collapsible. Also, these buildings are making their space as residential blocks in the highly developed countries, where building traditional houses is too expensive in terms of time, effort and money. With this rate of development in India, it will also need these for residential purposes and whenever that happens, Interarch will be the first choice for getting global technology in local places.
