Interarch Buildings- Solutions For a Roof Over Your Head

http://www.interarchbuildings.com
The growth of the infrastructure industry in India has fuelled a healthy demand for pre-engineered buildings (PEB). PEB buildings are pre-fabricated steel frames or beams designed and manufactured in the factory of the PEB supplier; and eventually assembled at the site of construction. The steel structures or beams are formed by welding steel plates together. These are then bolted together to form the entire frame of the prefabricated metal buildings.

This new technology is quite prevalent in the west. However, PEB in India has also caught on and is well on the way becoming a standard in Indian constructions; and growing at 30%. One of the pioneers and foremost names in manufacturing companies of PEB is Interarch Buildings. With a presence in India since 1984, Interarch is a most respected PEB manufacturer in the country. Apart from prefab buildings, Interarch is also known for their path-breaking innovation in metal roof and wall systems, under the brand name of TRACDEK. A metal roof is made from metal piece, or tiles; and can be applied over an existing roof. The same material used for metal roofs can be used for siding as well. Interarch’s metal roofing and false ceiling have widespread application in residential and commercial buildings.

The Advantages of the Metal Roofing are:

1. Durability: Metal roofing is far more durable than conventional mortar roofs, sometimes up to 100 years. These can be coated with special paint to minimize fading, shedding dirt and resist the growth of fungus. TRACDEK® from one of the top profile sheeting companies in India, is manufactured in a high quality Galvalume® steel, galvanized steel and aluminum with organic coatings for long life; even in coastal areas where the salty air results in higher corrosion.

2. Metal rooftops with coatings, colours and patterns offer extensive design flexibility. TRACDEK is available in Hi-Rib, Klippon and SS-2000 profiles.

3. There is no denying the strength of metal roofing. It is the most lightweight roofing product - a crucial benefit in seismic areas like India. This also reduces the load on the main PEB structure. TRACDEK® is known for its excellent ability to withstand excessive load.

4. 75% of heat enters a house from the roof and only 25% from the walls due to direct and longest exposure to solar radiation. This heat is absorbed by the roof and the house ceiling that causes the temperature to rise within the house. Consequently, air-conditioning is required to cool down the living space. Metal roofs reflect heat effectively, thus minimizing heat of absorption.  TRACDEK roof systems can be effectively used in combination for optimal thermal characteristics, leading to lowering of air conditioning costs.

5. In addition, metal roofs are fire resistant and environmental friendly. Like all Interarch’s steel buildings, the TRACDEK roof and wall system too is 95% recyclable.
Innovation in technology and design, couple with quality construction has made Interarch one of the top metal construction companies in India. It ranks topmost among the prefabricated structures manufacturer with numerous prestigious projects for satisfied clients.

Steel Structures | PEB Structure Manufacturer | Pre Engineered Building Suppliers

http://www.interarchbuildings.com
Interarch Buildings is the best PEB manufacturer in India. The Company constructs pre-engineered structures, modular steel buildings, prefabricated metal buildings and prefabricated steel buildings in India.

The Sustainability is key issue today. While natural resources are fast depleting, ‘go green’ has become a mantra, with many actively working to reduce their carbon footprints. This is the milieu in which pre-engineered structures or PEB buildings, as they are commonly known, have entered the Indian market. The concept of pre-engineered metal building systems is already a popular one in America and Europe. India however is still waking up to the advantages of pre-engineered buildings. The Indian real estate industry especially, has seen a slow but growing demand and use of prefabricated steel buildings. This is due to the obvious benefits and technological superiority of pre-engineered buildings as compared to conventional construction.

Numerous residential and commercial steel buildings use the PEB technology for constructing eco-friendly structures. Interarch Buildings, a leading PEB structure manufacturer in India paved the way in innovation in green construction. A ‘green building’ is one, which conserves natural resources, optimizes energy efficiency and generates less waste as compared to conventional buildings. The advantages of metal buildings over brick-and-mortar are many:

•  Flexibility of design optimization ensures that high tensile strength of the material makes the structure lightweight and also allow for easy dismantling, relocating and expansion if the need arises.

•  Effective usage of insulation material and methods augments to conservation of energy. Natural ventilation system and solar panels meet daylight and captive power requirements. Insulated roof and wall-cladding systems for optimum thermal insulation ensures proper air changes in temperature, thus providing a healthy and comfortable environment that requires minimal electricity.

•  Interarch uses Low VOC (volatile organic compounds) paints so that heat transfer is minimum.

•  Pre-engineered metal buildings systems are termite-proof, fire-proof and wind-resistant thus has extended life cycle.

•  Interarch Buildings adheres to all the standards of Indian Green Building Council certification.

Interarch Delivers Fabrication and Assembly Shops at JCB's Jaipur Plant

http://www.interarchbuildings.com
Interarch, one of the leading turnkey pre-engineered steel construction solution provider, has executed a fabrication shop and an assembly shop for JCB India's Jaipur plant. In 2014 Interarch designed manufacturing and delivered a fabrication shop and assembly shop for JCB India Ltd. in Jaipur. The buildings are spread over the area of 30400 sq. m. and 22800 sq. m. respectively.

The project is designed according to the latest IS design codes IS 800: working stress design for both the buildings with consideration given to all the geographical data like wind velocity, seismic zone as per IS standard for every particular site. The lateral forces resulting from the seismic or wind loads are resisted by diagonal branching and jack portals at intermediate column locations. The design of the building was such that temperature was kept in control for monitoring the thermal expansion and contraction.

The expertise of Interarch design department reduced the engineering time of the fabrication shop and assembly shop which was very complex and new innovation has been done to design the building. Interarch bearing heavy load of approximately 225 metres hanging from the roof and for the column grid of 40*24 metres. Higher grade of 450 MPa steel has been used for the built up members.

Interarch had to deploy innovative solutions like highest safety standard which were followed in line with the international standard to achieve zero accident, logistics and warehousing control at site to meet site standard norms. Daily tool box meeting to review the site status and way forward was done, regular quality check jointly measures to achieve best quality in line with global standard were taken.

The project was completed within a period of 6 months. JCB India Ltd. India,s largest manufacturer of construction equipment is a fully-owned subsidiary of JCB Bamford Excavators Ltd. UK. The company offers 24 different machines in seven products types such as backhoe loaders, loading shovels, tracked exavators, compactors, telehandlers, skid steer loaders and pick and carry crane.
